Gallery of Recent Works

Here are some pictures of some of my favorite recent works, to give you an idea of what I enjoy creating. (To see a larger image, click on the thumbnail.) If you wish to order one of these pieces, or if you want a custom designed piece, just let me know. You may refer to the name of the piece to order it or to say you want something similar to it. I am happy to work with you to achieve the look you want. If a piece you are interested in has sold, I might have, or be able to create, something similar. However, some pieces are one of a kind, and I may not be able to do another similar piece.

Rainbow V I have always felt like rainbows are magical, and everyone needs a little magic in their life. So I created this bright little slice of rainbow to light up your life no matter the weather outside. V is about 4 inches deep and 5 inches wide. It is suspended from a 16 inch sterling chain that clasps on the side for easier operation. $110.	"Bramble" bracelets While this bracelet meanders in and out on its green pathway, it catches the attention in a most dramatic fashion. Forged copper and shades of green glass, $45. Similar bracelets are available in other colors or stones. This one in sterling silver and smoky quartz adds a striking accent to any wrist. $75.
Tree Handmade chain links are brown dyed magnesite (for roots) and green zoisite (for leaves) on sterling silver, supporting a "melted metal"™ fused silver tree. About 26 inches long, handmade hook and eye clasp. Priced at $175.	Golden splendor Golden stick pearls ring the neck, with a handmade gold-filled clasp accented by more pearls to show off front and center, making it easier to fasten. Priced at $75. Earrings matching the clasp are $45. (Set $100). I love these freshwater pearls, and sometimes have similar necklaces and earrings in other colors, with sterling clasps.
Together is Better Forged copper links are accented with my "Melted Metal" fused silver accents and separated by copper and silver beads, with a copper and silver toggle clasp. About 20 inches long. Never has the marriage of metals looked so good. Priced at $95.	Geometry Lesson Do you remember your geometry class? Sterling silver links in triangles, squares, circles, and half-circles join together to make a proven statement. About 22 inches long. Priced at $225.
Pink Ribbon Necklace In tribute to a friend of mine who did not survive her battle with breast cancer, I will make a donation to breast cancer research when this necklace sells. Pink rhodenite ovals and 6mm rounds pair with pink ribbon lampwork beads and silver accents in this special necklace. Hand-knotted on silk. About 24 inches long. Matching earrings included. Priced at $60.	"Sea Treasures" pendant I found a stash of fabulous vintage abalone shell buttons with wonderful colors. Accented with sterling silver waves and multi-colored fresh-water pearls, these almost let you hear the ocean washing the shore. These are stunning on a simple silver chain or a strand of pearls. 2 1/2 inch diameter pendant, $85. 1 1/2 inch, $55. 7/8 inch earrings, $65 the pair. Each pendant is handmade, and will be unique. Similar pendants and earring are available with white or gray mother-of-pearl and white and gray freshwater pearls, $45-55. You may specify the main color of pearl desired if you like, or I will send you the prettiest one I have.
Sea Green Green coin pearls hand-knotted on silk suspend a beautiful piece of vintage abalone shell in stunning iridescent greens, graced with sterling silver swirls and freshwater pearls. About 22 inches long. $95. A treasure suitable for a mermaid.	Summer's Bounty Bright green seed bead loops form the base of this luscious salad. Accented by such fruits and vegetables as corn, peppers, apples, bananas, oranges, lemons, limes, pears, and strawberries, you are sure to get your "5 a day" with this necklace. Matching corn earrings included. Priced at $200..
Smoke curls Large sterling silver curls hang from the ears and swirl in a most intriguing manner. About 2 inches long. Sterling "French hook" ear wires. Priced at $95	Ring-a-ding-ding Copper rings wrapped in sterling silver keep going around in circles in these unique earrings. Sterling "French hook" ear wires. Priced at $25.
Fused silver pendant One of my "melted metal"™ series, this sterling silver pendant will inspire a closer look every time. What do you see? Pendant on 18 inch sterling rope chain $35. And here is another, with a handmade dichroic glass bead glittering in its silver nest. Pendant on a 16 inch sterling box chain $40. Each one is unique! Prices range from $25 to $55.	Flowering gems An extravagance of multi-colored sapphire briolette flowers with tiny uncut diamond centers graces the curves of this stunning necklace, a treasure forever. About 26 inches long. Necklace $425. Matching earrings $125. (Set $500). Not everyone is aware that sapphires come in every color of the rainbow, except for the red, which are rubies. I just loved all the colors.
Rainbow Serpent Inspired by Aboriginal tales of the Dreamtime, my rainbow serpent is composed of sterling silver links in the shape of snakes, with bodies of rainbow colored African "snake" beads, which nestle together like vertebrae. Truly a magical necklace. About 19 inches long, $120.	Shawl pins These pins are hand-forged in either sterling silver or copper, with very smooth tapered pins that will easily go through most materials. These are historical styles that were used for hundreds of years because of their utility and beauty. The fibula style on the left can be accented with beads of your choice. Pins in sterling are $35-$50, and in copper $25-$35, depending on the size and expected use (heavier garments need heavier pins).
Red Tigereye Chain Warm red tigereye pairs perfectly with copper in this simply elegant chain. Alternating puffed squares with 6mm round beads extend to about 24 inches. Priced at $75.	Spectacle Sterling silver choker of cutout shapes to see and be seen. Fastens in front for ease. About 18 inches long. Priced at $165.
Copper mesh Copper mesh ruffles accented with tiny green glass beads highlight the sparkly green glass pendant on the central links of this hand-forged copper chain. The mesh is flexible, but hold its shape, so it can be tweaked to alter the effect. Priced at $95. Complementary earrings of vintage Czech glass beads included.	Mobile earrings A delicate balancing act hangs from each ear with these sterling silver earrings in moonstone and labradorite. Priced at $45. Also available in amber and jet, turquoise and lapis, and pearls. Other combinations can be designed, like these freshwater pearl moon and stars mobiles, also $45..
