Shipping and Handling
Each piece of my jewelry is hand-crafted, and may take some time to create.
I
will ship your order as soon as it is ready, or at a later date if you so
desire. For special orders, I will let you know an approximate ship date, and
will confirm shipping when the order is ready for you..
I offer the following shipping methods:

USPS parcel post - about $6
Standard UPS Ground - about $12
UPS Second Day - about $16
International (including Canada and Mexico) orders that will fit in a Global Priority envelope (with
adequate padding) will ship for $15. Larger international packages
will cost about $25 to ship.
Shipping and handling charges will be estimated and included in the order total.
Gift orders
I am happy to gift wrap your purchase. I will even include a handmade gift
card with your special message. Just let me know the occasion. There is no
additional charge for this service at this time.
Customer Satisfaction
I aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with
your purchase, I want to hear about it. Let me know if something is wrong and
I will do what I can to make it right.
For special orders, the more information you provide when requesting your
special item, the better I can create a piece uniquely yours. Special orders
require 50% deposit. If I cannot complete your request, I will refund your
deposit.
Payment methods
Payment may be made by PayPal, check, money order, MasterCard, Visa or
Discover.
